In the great tradition of the idiosyncratic TV detective comes insouciant charmer Shawn Spencer (James Roday), who cons the Santa Barbara police into believing he’s a psychic who can help them solve cases, but in fact is merely a slacker with an ex-cop pop who has schooled him in the traditional crime-fighting arts of observation, memory, and deduction. Having just concluded its fourth season with an extremely clever Hitchcock-themed cliffhanger, this popular USA Network series visits the Paley Center for an evening with the cast and creative team, and Shawn promises us he’ll be there.
