The Alchemy of a Good Panel

Putting together a good panel discussion can be a lot like casting a reality show: Pick strong personalities with well-defined points of view and let them mix it up. It's especially important to have that alchemy in place if you're moderating the session, as well, and fortunately, that's what my team here did with our Advertising Week session "The Evolution of Online News and Information," which we presented here yesterday in partnership with Yahoo! and Contagious.
