About the Curator

Allen Glover

Assistant Curator

Armed with a film school degree, Allen joined the Paley Center in 1993 and has been indulging his fascination with the three-way collision between television, movies, and music ever since. Among his career highlights: giving a subtitled interview for Brazilian TV on the opening day of his David Bowie: Sound+Vision exhibition, introducing Robert Altman at the Austin Film Festival, and receiving a series of threatening phone calls from Peter Falk. An avid proponent of moving image preservation, he is always on the lookout for the next “lost” gem.
