Paley-IESE Advanced Management Program in Media and Entertainment (Media AMP)

The Advanced Management Program in Media and Entertainment (Media AMP) is presented by IESE Business School and The Paley Center for Media, in cooperation and with the support of UCLA Anderson School of Management.

The Media AMP equips media and entertainment professionals from all over the world with solid business skills, strong leadership capabilities and a highly global view of this dynamic, fast-moving industry. This intensive program provides personal interaction with faculty members, industry leaders and high-level media and entertainment industry peers.

The Media AMP is the first program of its kind. The curriculum is designed to prepare seasoned, high-potential executives like you for your next big assignments by providing you with the business skills you will need to run successful enterprises and quickly react to any disruptive technologies and competitive challenges that may emerge.

Learn in two dynamic media hubs, New York City and Los Angeles, as you analyze the challenges most relevant to the media and entertainment industry.

Program Benefits

Strengthen Your Competitive Advantage

Sharpen your strategic thinking and business skills as you gain practical, relevant knowledge to solve real-world business problems. IESE’s primary teaching methodology, the case method, helps you to develop a new perspective on leadership and a practical framework for effective decision making, so you can manage more effectively and address competitive challenges.

Get Exclusive Access to Top Industry Leaders

Get an inside look at the management challenges, victories and strategies that industry players face on a daily basis at the program’s Leadership Forums. These exclusive conversations with industry “movers and shakers” provide both inspiration and insight on how to face uncertainty and disruption in this dynamic, fast-moving industry.

Expand Your International Network

The program facilitates deep and meaningful business and personal relationships with an exclusive group of senior executives and faculty from diverse backgrounds, industries and nationalities. This supportive and intimate environment helps you to reflect on your current challenges and take meaningful next steps to further your career.

Learn Without Career Disruption

Pursue an intensive program without putting your career on hold. Because learning is concentrated in four weeklong residential modules spaced over five months, you have adequate time to prepare for modules when you are away from the program, and to immediately apply your learning each time you return to the workplace.
