  Paul Gollash  Founder and CEO Paul Gollash has 14 years of experience building businesses as an operator, investor, and entrepreneur. Prior to starting Voxy, Gollash was a venture investor in the N. American arm of Sir Richard Branson’s Virgin Group, where he helped conceive, incubate and launch Virgin Hotels - a new boutique/lifestyle hotel brand. Before Virgin, he was a management consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton, where he advised senior executives in a variety of media and consumer-facing businesses on strategy and operations. Earlier in his career, he spent three years in Madrid, Spain launching a new business for GM Europe. He began his career helping found an import/export business in Santiago, Chile.
