Forsaking the suburban world of American Beauty and the mortuary of Six Feet Under, creator Alan Ball now reveals the presence of vampires in a small Louisiana town, the setting for his scary and sexy new HBO series, True Blood. Ball and his creative team will unveil a new episode of the series that he pitched as "popcorn for smart people."

  • Why was bubba left out of the tv series? Will season 3 deviate far from the books. thank you for not killing of lafayette. Pam is a bit more prominent in the books will we see more of her please. Werewolves should have made an appearance in this season, any news on how much longer before they make themselves known to Sookie?

  • I want to thank Alan Ball and the cast & crew of True Blood for bringing the amazing world Charlaine Harris created to life. I've been a fan of the Sookie books from the beginning, and I can't tell you how wonderful it is to see these characters I have loved for years on-screen. My question is directed to Alan Ball. Being a book fan first, I won't deny that I adore the character of Eric. In season one, you changed a major storyline in the books with bill killing long shadow instead of Eric. Are we to expect Bill taking Eric scenes & actions in future seasons? Keeping my fingers crossed that no is the answer to this question. lol I'm anxiously waiting for more Eric and Eric/Sookie scenes. :o)

  • This question is for Stephen Moyer. Have you done other work, other than acting, to support yourself?

  • My question is directed to any member of the cast. The show has a lot of violence and sex, and has homosexual characters that are shown in a sympathetic light. Do any of you have religeous beliefs that you must put aside to work on this project? Do you find that to be a difficult task? Thank you for considering my question.

  • My question is for Stephen Moyer: Did you ever dream in a million years that your new found american fans base would rally together and donate to such an amazing cause as the Brentwood Theatre.

  • My question is for Stephen Moyer - You seem to be a very private person - are you enjoying the attention you are receiving from your fans for your portrayal of Bill? Do you have any input into the wardrobe of Bill? Also, do you know how many husbands/boyfriends are now wearing henleys because of you!

  • My question is for Stephen Moyer. Obviously you are very different from Bill, he is vampire and you are human. Besides that, Bill is a very serious person and he doesn't seem to have a great sense of humor. You on the other hand are a very animated talker who likes to crack a joke or two. Do you feel that there are any traits that you have in common with Bill? Shadaliza The Vault - True Blood Online www.trueblood-online.com

  • My question is for Stephen Moyer. I would like to know if you check out the fan sites on line? We Bill/Stephen lovers have made a number of different sites for you including stephenmoyer.net and stephenmoyer.yuku.com. I myself have not started these I am not that good on the computer, they were made by other loyal fans of Bill but I am a member and do so enjoy going to our sites and chatting and posting with all the others including Bills Babes which I am a member of. We love the character of Bill and you are a truly gifted actor you bring him to life in a way that the books never could have. I and most of the women in this country tune in to see you. We so love the romance of Bill and Sookie.

  • My question is for Stephen Moyer. You have made so many women fall in love with your portrayal of Bill. You have taken him to a level far beyond the books and truly made him your own. Each week we sit at the edge of our seats waiting for the moment Bill appears on screen. Did you ever anticipate the popularity of "Bill" and how has it changed your approach to playing him? You have really made watching TB enjoyable and are the reason I tune in each week. Season 2 cannot come soon enough! Long Live TB & Bill!!!

  • My question is for Stephen Moyer. You said in another interview that you found the era of America Civil War interesting. What of that era and the people who lived then have you incorporated into Bill's character? Please answer in depth, because your fans marvel at your ability to portray this true southern gentleman (with a bite!). And, by the way, there are many of us who would be absolutely crushed if Bill's character becomes second, third, or fourth fiddle as Sookie's love interest. Thank you for answering my question.
