Summary

One in this series of programs, alternating between variety and drama, and featuring Frank Sinatra. In this musical installment, guest star Bing Crosby joins Sinatra for a selection of Christmas favorites. Highlights include the following: Sinatra and Crosby sing "Jingle Bells," "O Little Town of Bethlehem," "The Christmas Song" (familiarly known as "Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire"), and "White Christmas"; Sinatra, Crosby, and a chorus of carolers perform "Deck the Halls," "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen," "Hark! The Herald Angels Sing," and "O Come All Ye Faithful"; Sinatra sings "A Holly Jolly Christmas," "It Came upon a Midnight Clear" and "Santa Claus Is Coming to Town"; and Crosby favors the audience with "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" and "Away in a Manger."
