ON TRIAL (RADIO)

Summary

One in this series of moot court programs in which public issues are placed "on trial." This special program is the second of 16 that examine the major planks of the Republican and Democratic platforms in the campaign of 1948. At issue are the domestic policies of the two parties. Fly calls on Edwards, who testifies on wage and price controls. Amond calls on Donlan who testifies on reclamation and water power. Summations by the attorneys and closing comments of the judge are presented. The listening audience is invited to be the jury.
