Summary

One in this series of current events documentary programs, hosted by Edward R. Murrow. In this program, Murrow returns to Korea one year after his 1952 Christmas visit and looks at the lives of servicemen stationed there after the armistice. Murrow, Ed Scott, and Robert Pierpoint interview men from Army, Navy and Marine units, who talk about their duties, their families back home and how they feel about being in Korea. Among the highlights shown are soldiers singing Christmas carols, receiving presents from home, and entertaining orphans on Christmas day. No commercials.
