Summary
One in this situation comedy series about an astronaut, Tony Nelson, and the beautiful but naive genie who caters to his every whim. In this episode, Jeannie reads an article on the emancipation of women and decides that she would like to become a modern American woman. Unfortunately, her efforts to do so conflict with Tony's concept of a genie and cause embarrassing altercations in public. During this program, Jeannie learns about the perks of a credit card, makes a scene at an expensive restaurant, and practically causes a riot demonstrating stoves at a store. Commercials deleted.
