RUGRATS: A RUGRATS PASSOVER {THIRD SEASON FINALE} (TV)

Summary

One in this series of animated children's programs about one-year-old Tommy Pickles and his group of baby pals, who frequently embark on mischievous adventures right under the noses of their oblivious parents. In this episode, Angelica, Chuckie, and Tommy all find themselves at Tommy's grandparents' home for the celebration of Passover. Bored and in search of toys, Tommy, Angelica, and Chuckie go to the attic where they discover Tommy's grandfather, Boris, who has accidentally locked himself inside by closing the door behind him. The door to the attic cannot be opened from the inside. Angelica proves this by shutting it, and now the children are also trapped inside. To pass the time, Boris decides to tell the children the story of Passover. As the story is told, Angelica envisions herself as the Pharaoh, Tommy as Moses, and Chuckie, Phil, and Lil as slaves. In fact, in her mind, all of the slaves are babies. A few other minor alterations to the story are made in Angelica's version, including the addition of modern phrases and objects. Commercials deleted.

Cataloging of this program was made possible by The Hearst Corporation, 1998.
