The really rich can afford personal “concierge physicians” to be at their beck and call 24/7—as the idealistic young New York City emergency-room doctor Hank Lawson (Mark Feuerstein) quickly finds out when he is unjustly fired from his job and ends up relocating to the Hamptons with his pleasure-seeking accountant brother Evan (Paulo Costanzo). While diagnosing strange maladies for an eclectic roster of wealthy clients  and those less fortunate, the “bros” would seem to be on an upward swing as they establish their new business, Hank Med, with Divya (Reshma Shetty) and a hospital adminstrator (Jill Flint). Henry Winkler recurs as their father, Eddie R. Lawson, a charmer with shady business affairs. Campbell Scott is the weathly Baron who helps Hank start his business, and guest stars have included Marcia Gay Harden, Christine Ebersole, MaryLynn Rajskub, and Brooke D'Orsay. Royal Pains, which returns in January for its winter season on USA, is addictive in the best possible way: “….just what the doctor ordered for a shameless seasonal fling,” writes the Chicago Sun-Times

Mark Feuerstein, "Dr. Hank Lawson"
Paulo Costanzo, “Evan Lawson"
Jill Flint, "Jill Casey"
