A celebration of both family unity and the importance of individual growth, According to Alex is an inspiring docu-series which centers on Alex Martin Dean, the daughter of comedy icon Whoopi Goldberg, as she and her best friend Leisa set out to take charge of their lives, while also dealing with Alex’s eldest daughter’s move back home. This Centric original series looks at motherhood—and more—by way of three generations of women. On hand to discuss the series, along with producers Tom Leonardis and Stephanie Drachkovitch, will be stars Alex Martin Dean, Leisa Rachal, and Whoopi Goldberg.
