Hollywood Legend Cary Grant: The American Premiere of BritBox’s Archie

Legendary actor Cary Grant embodied the elegance and sophistication of Hollywood, but he battled the demons of an abusive childhood. The new miniseries from BritBox and ITV, Archie, delves into the complexity of Grant’s life as he comes to terms with the deprivations he suffered as Archibald Leach born in Bristol, England. The Paley Center is pleased to screen a special episode of this remarkable series, followed by a conversation with his daughter Jennifer Grant and his former wife Dyan Cannon, who both serve as executive producers. Also joining the conversation will be lead actor Jason Isaacs of Harry Potter fame, who channels style and charm into his performance as Cary Grant, along with Archie writer and executive producer Jeff Pope.
