As part of PaleyFest NY, The Paley Center for Media, the Verizon Foundation, and the Mayor’s Office of Media & Entertainment will present FROM STEM TO SCREEN: INSPIRING TOMORROW’s CREATORS. This annual networking event connects New York City high school students with media professionals who use STEM in various fields of production and post-production. In a “speed dating” style, attendees rotate the room and visit ten professionals to learn more about the technical and scientific aspects of the different careers, as well as the educational and training requirements for entry.
