In USA Network’s Burn Notice, it’s never very quiet on the Westen front, as onetime covert agent Michael Westen (Jeffrey Donovan)—mysteriously blacklisted and exiled to his hometown of Miami—strives to solve the puzzle of who burned him and why, with the help of ex-girlfriend/arms dealer Fiona Glenanne and good friend ex-SEAL Sam Axe. Now gearing up for season four (kicking off in June), Burn Notice is an addictive blend of mystery, action, and fun; Chicago Tribune critic Maureen Ryan once summed it up: “Watching Burn Notice and eating candy—it’s getting hard to tell the difference between the two.”
