Frustration, bitterness, and impotent rage are both the hallmarks of working in the food service industry and the comic underpinnings of Party Down, the irreverent, sharply observed Starz comedy that follows the misadventures of an extremely dysfunctional catering company. The Paley Center welcomes members of Party Down’s cast and creative team to discuss the production of the series and what to do when you suspect the waiter has spit in the hors d’oeuvres.
