This professional training workshop explores how to use television to enrich classroom curricula and stresses the importance of focused viewing and discussion when using audio/visual media as a teaching tool. The Paley Center's goal is to fulfill its role as an educational resource and also to develop an informed audience of education professionals ranging from those enrolled in preservice teacher training courses to classroom teachers to experts who develop curricula for local, regional, or national constituencies.
