Summary

This program contains live coverage of the halftime show of Super Bowl XLI, the National Football League championship game between the Indianapolis Colts and the Chicago Bears, from Dolphin Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida. Indianapolis wins 29-17. The halftime show is performed by Prince on a stage in the shape of his signature "love symbol,"

Following an intro featuring the song "We Will Rock You," Prince sings "Let's Go Crazy," followed by a medley of "Baby I'm a Star," "1999," "Proud Mary," "All Along the Watchtower, " and "Best of You." He concludes by singing "Purple Rain." During the show, Prince is accompanied by his backing band New Power Generation, Maya and Nandy McClean appearing as "The Twinz," and the Florida A&M University Marching 100 Band.
