Summary
One in this series of children's programs from England about the life of a six year old who owns magical red boots that enable him to exercise his imagination and make all of his wishes come true. In this program, William's mother decides that it is time to get William some Wellingtons, which are boots. The shoemaker gives William a red pair of Wellingtons and sends him on his way. When William arrives home, he discovers a note inside his boots that states that the boots have magical powers enabling them to make wishes come true. William eagerly puts on his Wellingtons and wishes for a dog.
