EDGE OF NIGHT, THE {SERIES FINALE} (TV)

Summary

The final program in this daytime serial mystery drama, set in the fictional midwestern city of Monticello, which revolves around the personal and professional adventures of assistant district attorney Mike Karr. In this episode, Liz tells Beth that she is planning on leaving town for good in order start a new life. Beth understands Liz's decision but wishes she would stay and try to resurrect their relationship. Chris is aghast when she sees someone who was supposed to be dead and then she witnesses a murder. Geraldine receives a package which contains a prenuptial agreement for Del to sign. Reluctantly, Del signs the papers and prepares himself for a lifetime with Geraldine. Miles and Beth finally get some privacy on their wedding night while everyone else is still celebrating. Chris brings two police officers to the scene of the murder, but everything that was there is gone including the street signs and a mysterious store. She then tells her bizarre story to everyone and they all want to get to the bottom of the mystery. Includes commercials and promos. Commercials include Ed McMahon for American Family sweepstakes and Emmanuel Lewis for Mrs. Paul's fish fillets. This program is closed-captioned.
