Summary
One in this series of comedies starring Phil Silvers as Sergeant Ernie Bilko, a fast-talking confidence man stationed at Fort Baxter in Kansas. In this episode, Colonel Hall is anxious to impress a visiting general with Fort Baxter's efficiency by inducting 309 new recruits in less than two hours. In the process, the fort accidentally inducts a chimpanzee. General Rogers and Colonel Hall decide to hold a court martial to discharge the chimp, and they appoint Bilko as his defense attorney. Commercials deleted.
(Series title varies; early episodes aired under the title "You'll Never Get Rich," which is retained as a subtitle in later episodes.)
