ST. ELSEWHERE: THE LAST ONE {SERIES FINALE} (TV)
Summary
The final episode of this medical drama series set in St. Eligius hospital in Boston. In this episode, Helen and Lucy consider becoming friends after a long period of bickering; Jack decides whether he will stay with Carol or return to his wife; Seth finds out the results of his second HIV test and concludes that God has healed him; even though his residency has ended, Fiscus cannot seem to leave the hospital and finds himself helping a hoarse opera singer and a patient who goes Code Blue; Ellen tells Mark that she has received a job offer in Cleveland and Mark attempts to have the offer revoked; Lucy and Victor reconcile; Wade becomes the new chief resident; Warren chases a fugitive, who is also a patient, through the hospital; and Fiscus is concerned about a new resident's capabilities. Dr. Auschlander and Dr. Gideon discuss their plans for the future of the hospital, and they inform the entire staff, including Dr. Westphall, who will be returning to the hospital. At the end of the program, Tommy reveals the true origins of St. Elsewhere. Commercials deleted.
