KOJAK: A HAIR-TRIGGER AWAY (TV)
Summary
One in this series of police dramas about the cases of Lt. Theo Kojak and the detectives of the Manhattan South Precinct. In this episode, Kojak is on the trail of drug lord Don Luiz Cabrillo, who has been murdering Kojak's connections. Kojak must work with Giddings, an officer who recently shot his partner by accident while trying to arrest Cabrillo. Finding the drug lord becomes a personal quest for Giddings, who is helping his girlfriend, Claire, recover from a heroin addiction; many of the officers worry that he is allowing his personal feelings to interfere with his work. But when a rooftop showdown with Cabrillo occurs, Kojak must place his trust in Giddings. Commercials deleted. (This program contains minor technical problems.
