BARNEY MILLER: DOOMSDAY {SECOND SEASON PREMIERE} (TV)

Summary

One in this series of comedies about police captain Barney Miller and his squad of detectives in Manhattan's 12th Precinct. In this episode, a disturbed man enters the station wearing a belt of dynamite sticks and a detonator. He demands the arrests of the mayor, the governor, and members of the city council and explains that, by blowing himself up, he is making a statement about the doomed social and political state of the city. Barney tries to reason with him. Meanwhile, the bathroom plumbing is out of order, causing Fish predictable discomfort, and Wojo brings in a phony priest for selling stolen hotel bibles on the street. Commercials deleted.
