Summary
The premiere in this comedy series that imagines a world where women are the heads of households and businesses and men are the homemakers and secretaries. This episode introduces: secretary Michael McFarland and his high-powered lawyer girlfriend Andrea Martin who wishes he would get a better job, while he dreams of marrying her and starting a family; Michael's sexually-promiscuous roommate Dan Kincaid, also a secretary, who wants to sleep his way to the top; pecs-obsessed Glenn Langston who is trying to become a movie star and his wife Nancy who works at an advertising corporation where she is heading the Wilmington Woman ale campaign; and Christina Stockwood -- division leader on the Wilmington Woman campaign -- who is married to the nervous Bert Stockwood while having an affair with her secretary, Dan. The episode ends with Christina and Nancy, along with the other high-powered women of the corporation, anxiously awaiting the arrival of L.W. Carruthers, who has to approve their campaign. Commercials deleted.
