CYBILL: WHEN YOU'RE HOT, YOU'RE HOT (TV)
Summary
One in this series about a witty actress named Cybill, who finds herself in one dilemma after another as she contends with aging in the entertainment industry; her two ex-husbands, Ira and Jeff; her daughters, Rachel and Zoey; and her alcohol-loving friend, Maryann. In this episode, Cybill discovers that she is going through menopause. As she tries to deal with hot flashes by taking herbal remedies, she becomes bothered by the fact that everyone around her seems to have had plastic surgery. She and Maryann discuss the problem at length having an in-depth discussion about the positive attributes of having natural breasts. Meanwhile, Ira's mother comes to town with a brand new attitude towards life, a pink car for Zoey, and a passion for pot. In addition, Cybill rescues a stray horse from becoming dog food. In the end, Cybill decides that though plastic surgery is not for her, a physical change suggested by her mother-in-law may just give her the new lease on life she is looking for. Commercials deleted.
