NEW YORK UNDERCOVER: MANCHILD (TV)

Summary

One in this edgy drama series about undercover police in Harlem's fourth precinct, which also features musical performances by popular jazz, rap, Latin, and R&B artists. In this episode, Randy, a ten-year-old boy who lives in the projects, shoots a teen gang member in order to gain the respect of Al, an older boy he admires in a rival gang. Detectives J.C. Williams and Eddie Torres arrive on the scene to investigate the murder, but neither side will talk, and Randy has gone into hiding. Little does J.C. know that the killer is at Chantal's apartment, where Randy is staying with his good friend, G. Meanwhile, Al, the teen whom Randy was trying to impress, is ordered to turn on Randy to save his own skin. And, as G becomes drawn in by Randy's violent code of honor, he finds that his own life in danger. Includes a performance by guest artist, Intro. Commercials deleted.
