Summary
The premiere of this comedy series about a married couple who live in an apartment in New York City. In this episode, Jamie wonders what happened to their sex life since they've been married, and Paul decides they need to spend quality time alone. As their excitement for their quiet evening together grows, they realize that they have dinner plans with Mark and Fran, and Paul tells Jamie to cancel them. But when Paul comes home from work, his mood is ruined because Jamie's sister Lisa is there. Out of frustration, Paul decides to invite his best friend Selby since the night is already ruined. To make things worse, Fran and Mark arrive, ready for dinner, since nobody called to cancel. Paul and Jamie argue but manage to find time alone in the kitchen, and then make up in a meaningful way. Commercials deleted.
