Summary

This program, a rebroadcast of an original episode, was taped off the air with a camera on a tripod by Andy Warhol for his private research and entertainment. This program is part of the Warhol Foundation's donation to the Museum of the artist's complete television collection. It includes some footage of the artist's studio before the program begins. It was taped from WPIX-TV. One in this comedy series about the Anderson family -- Jim and Margaret and their children Betty, Bud, and Kathy. In this episode Betty wins a trip to Hollywood because she is a look-alike for Donna Stewart, a movie actress. Carried away by the excitement and novelty, Betty poses as Stewart and is happy with the results until someone in the crowd exposes her as an impostor. She is mortified and plans to go straight home until Jim calls and gives her some good advice about self-knowledge. This program contains minor technical problems. This represents the best copy of this program currently available to the Museum. Includes commercials.
