Summary
The second of two episodes on this tape. One in this satirical soap opera series about Mary Hartman, a housewife from Fernwood, Ohio. In this episode, Mary and Martha are in the middle of a discussion about Cathy when Cathy shows up and reveals that she has lost her baby at the laundromat. Zorrina the gypsy shows her husband Godza the baby she took, telling him that it is an orphan. Overjoyed to be parents again, they take off in their wagon. Raymond tells George and Martha that he is upset about being left by Barbie. Mary and Tom try to show Heather some home movies, but Heather says nuns aren't allowed to watch movies. She later catches her parents kissing in bed, and Mary is mortified. Merle and Wanda come home from a movie and express relief that they are alone, not realizing that Lila is hiding in the closet. A confrontation between Lila and the Jeeters ensues; Merle threatens to get rid of Lila, but Wanda warns him that Lila could ruin their lives. Commercials deleted.
