Summary
One in this satirical soap opera series about Mary Hartman, a housewife from Fernwood, Ohio. In this episode, Texas informs Bales that the bomb he had planned to use for a racially-motivated hate crime accidentally blew up a portion of the auto plant, and Mary, George, and Tiny are trapped in the rubble. The three workers do their best to escape, but even George's jungle survival training from his army days fails to help them. Cathy receives an ominous phone call from a stranger telling her to convince Howie to discontinue his investigation of Fernwood's secret societies. Meanwhile, Lila leaves Wanda's diary behind at the Capri Lounge, and Martha discovers it while cleaning up. Commercials deleted.
