TWO GUYS AND A GIRL: THE BEAR {FOURTH SEASON PREMIERE} (TV)
Summary
The fourth season premiere in this comedy series about roommates Berg and Pete, and their longtime friend Sharon, who lives in their Boston apartment building. This episode begins at Sharon and Johnny's wedding as Berg dances with Irene. They end up sleeping together, which each regrets the next morning. Irene claims that her heart still belongs to Pete and both make a pact to never tell anyone about the incident. Meanwhile, Pete performs well at fireman boot camp, impressing Marti enough to get her to sneak off the barracks for a rendezvous. On their honeymoon, Johnny limits Sharon's raiding of the minibar in their room, making her think that he's too frugal. Going to see Marti at midnight, Pete instead finds a bear cub at their meeting place and is attacked. Later, Pete -- nursing some scratches on his chest and face -- discusses with Berg how surprised he is that Marti has yet to check on his injuries. Then, Irene visits Berg, claiming that they may have been photographed necking at the wedding. Next, Ashley arrives to confront Pete, ultimately helping with his bandages. Meanwhile, Irene and Berg search through proofs and look for shots in which they appear, eventually finding some in the photographer's "private collection." However, the shutterbug reveals that he also left some proofs with Sharon and Johnny. Thus, Berg and Irene break into Sharon and Johnny's apartment, where they surprisingly encounter the twosome. Sharon and Johnny admit that quarreling brought a premature end to the honeymoon. Following some tall tales and outrageous actions, Berg and Irene are able to ruin Sharon and Johnny's wedding proofs. Afterward, Johnny tells Sharon that he's strapped for cash due to the wedding present he bought her -- a fixer-upper house. Meanwhile, Marti finally shows up and Pete wonders why she's been MIA for so long. Surprisingly, Ashley provides the voice of reason for the couple. Finally, Sharon is in tears upon seeing the house, observing how run-down it is. Also, Berg and Irene gloat over having covered their tracks, right before making another mistake. Includes commercials.
