KING OF QUEENS, THE: FOOD FIGHT (TV)
Summary
The second of two programs on this tape. One in this comedy series about parcel delivery man Doug Heffernan, who lives in Queens, New York, with his wife Carrie and his father-in-law Arthur. In this episode, Doug and Carrie double-date with Spence and his new girlfriend, Becky. Trouble begins when Doug finds himself obsessively attracted to Becky's cooking, as Becky responds with equal pleasure to his gastronomic critiques. Carrie is immediately jealous, and plans her own dinner party, at which she plans to outdo Becky's cuisine. Unfortunately, Carrie doesn't foresee the disaster in the making. In the meantime, Arthur becomes increasingly intrigued by his "new" cinematic discoveries: "Casablanca," "It's a Wonderful Life," "The Wizard of Oz." Commercials deleted.
