MONK: MR. MONK GOES TO THE CARNIVAL (TV)
Summary
One in this series about Sherlockian detective Adrian Monk, a man that develops an obsessive-compulsive disorder after his wife's murder. In this episode, officer Adam Kirk meets John Gitomer at a carnival hoping to cull some drug deal information from him, only to find himself, later that evening, getting charged with the murder of Gitomer. Meanwhile, Monk goes in front of the police review board in the hopes of getting his job back. Stottlemeyer puts Monk on Kirk's case, but off the books; Sharona thinks Monk is being used. Monk revisits the carnival, finding a tarot card that leads him toward Leonard Stokes and solving the case. Nevertheless, Stottlemeyer does not recommend Monk's reinstatement to the review board. Includes commercials.
