Summary
One in this series of comedies about entertainer Danny Williams and his family. In this episode, Danny has been unable to work for several months due to a broken leg. Although his family and friends encourage him to return to show business, he adamantly refuses to go on stage with crutches even though his doctor tells him he does not need crutches anymore. Includes commercials.
(This series aired on ABC as "Make Room For Daddy" from 1953-1956. Starting in the fall of 1956, the title was changed to "The Danny Thomas Show," and the series continued its run as such, on ABC, through the 1956-1957 season. "The Danny Thomas Show" switched to the CBS network in the fall of 1957, where it continued its original run through September 1964. CBS then continued airing the series, in reruns, during April-September 1965. Additionally, NBC broadcast reruns of "The Danny Thomas Show," under the title "Make Room For Daddy," during 1960 -1965.)
