CAESAR'S HOUR {EXCERPTS} (TV)
Summary
A selection of complete segments from a single broadcast of "Caesar's Hour," a series of comedy/variety programs hosted by Sid Caesar. In the 1st skit, an argument erupts when "The Commuters" and their wives go to a charity ball and the men prefer playing cards to dancing. The 2nd skit is a silent movie parody, "A Drunk There Was," about a successful and happy man ruined by alcohol. In the 3rd skit, Don Pardo introduces "The 3 Haircuts" (Caesar, Reiner, and Morris), a parody of rock vocal groups, who sing "Only You."
