Summary

One in this dramatic filmed anthology series. This drama, written by Rod Serling, tells the story of jaded journalist Mike Sweeney who visits Andy's lunch counter on Christmas Eve full of longing for a generous holiday for the struggling inhabitants of his poor community. Embittered that he hasn't the money to help his friends and neighbors better their lives, Sweeney is stunned when he finds a wallet that is overstuffed with cash. When an unforeseen event threatens his desire to play St. Nick, however, the weathered scribe discovers the true meaning of the holiday.
