Summary

One in this series of monthly specials sponsored by the Ford Motor Company. In this presentation, Noel Coward directs and stars in this live version of his play about a man whose dead wife returns as a ghost to wreak havoc on his present marriage.

Charles Condomine invites Madame Arcati, an eccentric author and medium, over for dinner and a seance, hoping to expose what he believes is trickery. But he is stunned when his late wife Elvira enters the room, visible to him alone. Comic complications ensue as Elvira joins the household and sets out to get Charles back. Commercials deleted.
