One in this comedy series about the travails of self-centered therapist Fiona Wallice and her practice of conducting short Internet-based therapy sessions with her clients via webcam.

In this episode, Fiona takes delight in addressing Jackson Pickett, a man she met while vacationing at the Surf & Sand Resort and with whom she just spent an amorous evening. Fiona is taken aback when Jackson proclaims his love for her. He's then flustered when she declares that their relationship is over.

Next, Fiona talks to Jerome at NETtherapy, where he is serving as Putsy's receptionist. He announces that Franny Marshall will write the songs for the Broadway-bound musical being written about Fiona and that Franny will be working with Hayley. Fiona then reveals that she hasn't spoken to Austen since he got Gina pregnant. When Jerome reviews Fiona's recent bout of disasters, she assures him that she's thriving.

Calling from his castle in Scotland, Austen tells Fiona that he's going to marry Gina, but that he wants their relationship to continue. He claims that he'll divorce Gina after she gives birth to his heir. To cement the relationship with Fiona, he says that he has bought a Manhattan penthouse for her. Meanwhile, Gina joins the conversation and claims that she can't understand Austen and his Scottish accent. Before running off, Gina questions if she wants to wed Austen. Fiona then plots with Austen to ruin Putsy's good fortune.

Finally, Fiona talks with Franny and admits that she's been banned from Franny's set. Fiona is not pleased to hear that she's being portrayed as "a detestable villain" and that none of the names will be changed in the play. When Franny says that she's having writer's block, Fiona agrees to help compose the songs. As Franny's insults escalate, Fiona begins a scheme to have her character portrayed more sympathetically.
