One in this comedy/variety series featuring Jackie Gleason. This program includes "The Honeymooners," a series of sketches about Ralph Kramden, a blustery bus driver, his long-suffering but understanding wife, Alice, and their neighbors, Ed and Trixie Norton. The program begins with a dance by The June Taylor Dancers, followed by a performance by the special guest, child ventriloquist Angel McNally. In "The Honeymooners" sketch, best friends Ralph and Ed begin feuding over a television set. When the Kramdens and the Nortons go to the movies to celebrate Ed's birthday, Ed wins a free television set with a movie ticket that Ralph had purchased for Ed's birthday. As a result, Ralph angrily insists that the television belongs to him, while the other three argue that it belongs to Ed. Later, Ralph goes to the pool hall with Alice on the night that he usually goes with Ed, but Ed and Trixie show up at the pool hall as well. The fighting escalates and Ralph takes Ed to small claims court to sue him over the television set. Includes commercials.
