TWO GUYS AND A GIRL: HALLOWEEN 2: MIND OVER BODY (TV)

Summary

One in this comedy series about roommates Berg and Pete, and their longtime friend Sharon, who lives in their Boston apartment building. This episode begins with Johnny showing Sharon a spooky location for her annual Halloween haunted house. He says he found the space behind a secret panel in the building's basement. Johnny then tells Sharon the legend of "Crazy Ed," a mad scientist who performed experiments there in the last century and was finally chased away by an angry mob. After Johnny and Sharon leave, Ed emerges from a cryogenic vault. The next day, Berg and Pete discuss the haunted house they are setting up, acting on Sharon's suggestion to have it in the basement. As Ashley and Irene drop by, Berg is still trying to figure out his costume. Later, Pete and Ashley go check out the basement and run into the creepy Ed, who is carrying his skull saw. When Berg and Sharon come downstairs, they find Pete and Ashley strapped in chairs with bandages on their heads. It appears they've had their brains swapped. Then, Ed returns, claiming he is motivated by revenge as he swaps Berg and Sharon's brains. Later, Johnny arrives at the apartment and is menaced by Ed. When venturing into the basement, Johnny finds Sharon and his three other friends all claiming their brains have been switched. Initially, Johnny doesn't believe them, but soon enough the five are trying to figure out how to correct the dilemma. They all struggle to exist in each other's body before Berg (in Sharon's body) realizes he has the "best costume ever" since he can now hang out in the women's sauna without appearing to leer. Things reach a head when Sharon (in Berg's body) tries to kiss Johnny. Thus, Johnny tries to flip everyone's brains back. Surprisingly, the Pete and Ashley switch works. Johnny struggles swapping Berg and Sharon back though, just as Ed arrives and complicates the scenario one more time. Includes commercials.

(This series was named "Two Guys, a Girl and a Pizza Place" in its first two seasons.)
