TO BE PERFECTLY FRANK {FRANK SINATRA} (RADIO)

Summary

One in this series of programs in which singer Frank Sinatra plays and performs music for fifteen minutes. "I can spin the discs or make with the voice as the spirit moves me," explains the host, addressed by announcer Eddie King as "Maggio" in honor of his breakthrough acting role in the film "From Here to Eternity." This is a rebroadcast of a program that originally aired on NBC on April 20, 1954. Sinatra begins by singing "'S Wonderful" and then plays his own recording of "Young at Heart" as well as "Answer Me" by Nat "King" Cole. After Sinatra's recording of "They Can't Take That Away from Me" is played, the host concludes by spinning Jimmy Durante's comic "I'm the Guy Who Found the Lost Chord."
