HAPPY DAYS: FOOTBALL FROLICS (TV)

Summary

One in this series of comedies about life in the 1950s. In this episode, Richie, Potsie, and Ralph want to attend a Bears-Lions football game in Chicago, and Fonz tells them how to get tickets, providing they take his nephew, Spike. After the boys agree, Fonzie reveal that Arnold is the man with the tickets. At Arnold's, Spike is introduced to the gang, and quickly proves a mirror image of his uncle.

Problems result when the boys don't have the money for the tickets. To pay Arnold, they opt to babysit all the children of Howard's lodge, whose parents are attending an event at the club. Joanie gives Richie tips for babysitting, after which the kids descend on the Cunningham house. Laverne and Shirley also stop by to drop off their particularly unruly charge, Booker.

Chaos quickly ensues as the boys lose control to the kids. Fonzie tries to set the youths straight, but it takes an appearance by Spike to make the children behave. As the evening wears on, Spike and Booker hit it off, as Richie, Potsie, and Ralph celebrate having enough money to pay Arnold. Commercials deleted.
