Summary

One in this long-running daytime serial, set in the midwestern town of Oakdale. In this episode, the following events occur: Emily visits her mother and promises her that she will make everything better; Dani wants to go to Connecticut with her teacher; John attempts to reconcile with Lucinda, but hangs up on her instead; the plane with Samantha, Margo, and Damian onboard plunges toward the Earth; Kirk daydreams about Samantha; Lisa makes John dinner; Jef talks to Dani about getting through the hard times in life; Tom asks Jessica for her opinion on perfumes; Emily attempts to get Jef to stay in Oakdale, while Jef attempts to get Emily to go to Connecticut; and Tom talks to Dani about matters of the heart.
