Summary
One in this series of light-hearted dramas that follows the adventures of con man Harry Lime, based on the film "The Third Man." Orson Welles, in character as the dishonest schemer Harry Lime, serves as host. In this episode, set in India, an old woman on a train asks Harry's help in getting a donation of 3,000 pounds for an orphanage. Successfully obtaining 5,000 pounds from wealthy young Lady Edith, Harry plans to keep the difference, only to be double-crossed by the old woman, a criminal posing as a missionary. (This series was produced and syndicated by the BBC in the 1950s.)
