One in this series of talk/variety shows hosted by David Frost. His first guest is boxing champion Muhammad Ali, who says his well-known moments of boasting and poetry-writing are timed to coordinate with his upcoming fights. He explains his beliefs and trials as a black Muslim and expounds his militant beliefs about race relations. Ali is joined by football player Rosie Greer, who discusses his work with Robert F. Kennedy and his belief that all races must work together in peace. Both athletes comment on their theories of keeping physically fit and training for their respective sports. Then, singer Gloria Loring performs "Just Say Good-Bye." Frost's next guest is actor and former Olympic star Johnny Weismuller, who performs his trademark Tarzan yell and speaks about his role, covering such topics as: the physical tests he passed to get the job; frightening experiences working with lions, crocodiles, and monkeys; working semi-nude with Maureen O'Sullivan; and his involvement in the Swimming Hall of Fame and the Jungle Hut restaurant franchise. Next, comedian Jerry Shane jokes about such topics as New York City traffic, speeding tickets, veterinarians, and pampered pets. Alden Whitman, obituary writer for the New York Times, then discusses the following: the fact he writes obituaries in advance, the predominance of men over women in New York Times obituary coverage, the space allotted to specific types of people, changes in obituaries as time goes by, his thoughts on his own obituary, and the difficulty of being objective when chronicling people's lives. Frost's final guest, O.C. Smith, concludes the show by singing his hit single "Little Green Apples." Commercials deleted.
