Summary
This public service announcement on behalf of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and the U.S. Department of Transportation was produced to discourage people from drinking and driving. As glasses filled with wine and beer crash together and shatter, realistic sounds of an automobile accident are heard on the soundtrack. In a voice-over, the announcer explains that "when friends don't stop friends from drinking and driving, friends die from drinking and driving."
