Summary
One in this series of comedy programs about the ever-dysfunctional Bundy family.
The Bundys forget to feed Buck, forcing him to take to the streets to look for food. Along the way he finds a female dog with no family planning to commit suicide by running into traffic. Buck offers to take her home with him and she accepts. Meanwhile, Al is waiting to receive a piece of his favorite cheesecake. Finally Marcy and Jefferson arrive with the cheesecake, having had to cut their honeymoon short in order to get it. Al is unsympathetic to their tales of roaming through Wisconsin to find the correct cheesecake for him. He discovers the cheesecake is not the one he remembers eating and berates Marcy and Jefferson. Buck brings home the female dog and the Bundys instantly shower her with affection, forgetting all about Buck.
Al discovers that the chef who made the cheesecake he wanted was fired and eventually returned to his home in Germany. He convinces the chef, Hans, to send him a cheesecake under the pretense of "preserving" it, but Al plans to eat it instead. The Bundys can't afford to keep two dogs, and it seems that Buck is on the way out. A few days later, the female dog frames Buck for stealing various items, further turning the Bundys against him. Hans delivers Al's cheesecake personally, but he is shut out of the house and Al freezes him with the hose, mistaking him for a crazy man. Al is ecstatic to find his cheesecake has arrived and prepares to eat it.
Realizing that he's on the way out, Buck tricks the female dog into eating Al's cheesecake. He alerts Al, who throws the other dog out in a rage. Hungry, Al resorts to traversing the streets in the same manner as Buck. Buck meets the female dog again, and she apologizes for her tricks. He agrees to take her home again, provided that she returns the favor with some "heat." Commercials deleted.
