Summary
The first season finale in this African-American-based sketch comedy program. Creator and star Keenen Ivory Wayans opens this program by introducing DJ SW-1 and the in-house dance troupe, The Fly Girls. Sketches include the following: Homey D. Clown's "one-stop carnival," featuring a malfunctioning dunk tank and a puppet show about the evils of "Mr. Establishment"; personal confessions from David Alan Grier, who believes himself to be on "The Oprah Winfrey Show"; some neighborhood gossip from nosy Miss Benita Buttrell; "Michael Winslow: A One-Man Show," in which the comic actor performs some of his trademark sound effects; a stand-up performance by "Samantha Kinison," who loudly complains about her unhappy marriage; and an installment of "The Buttmans," an everyday suburban family with one distinctive physical quality. Commercials deleted.
